Event Description:
As a business leader, do you have clarity on the outcome of difficult conversations, but struggle with how to get to there? Or you might be frustrated on whether you are communicating clearly or may be causing misunderstandings with co-workers, prospects or clients? A leader’s ability to effectively relate, communicate, influence and motivate others is critical to creating successful relationships with subordinates, customers, prospects, colleagues, managers, friends and family. This session will use Extended DiSC assessment to help you make conscious decisions on how to modify your behavior. Instead of repeating the same behavior over and over with employees who have unique characteristics and preferences, you will discover how to modify your behavior based on other people’s style. Instructor: Dan Stalp, President, Sandler Training There is NO COST to attend, but registration is required! Visit www.enterprisebank.com/eu
