Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been serving the region for more than 80 years and is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting trust between consumers and the business community. Accountability, education and recognition are key components to the BBB mission to foster trust in the marketplace. Today, the BBB has nearly 12,000 Accredited Businesses across its service area of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota. Consumers are encouraged to report complaints and possible scams to BBB. As a matter of policy, the BBB does not endorse any product, service or company. BBB is governed by voluntary Boards of Directors. Its President/CEO is Mr. Jim Hegarty. 🚨 Consumer Alert: Online Boutique Wrenley & Brynn Flagged by BBB 🚨 BBB Midwest Plains recently investigated Wrenley & Brynn, an online boutique with more than 6,000 followers, after receiving numerous customer complaints. The business lists a fictitious address in Olathe, KS, which BBB confirmed as invalid, and it’s unclear where the company is actually based. Complaints are piling up, with customers reporting undelivered or misrepresented merchandise, often sent with return addresses in China.
