If you are the parent of a special needs child you may be asking yourself the following questions: 1) Who will care for my child when they survive me and my spouse? 2) Will my child be stripped of their current benefits at that time? 3) If the only planning I do is to leave my estate to them, how will they live for the months or years it takes to go through the probate process? 4) What are the planning concerns for a special needs beneficiary?
