Before a crowd of more than 400 attendees, the Chamber will present its most important awards of the year, including “Citizen of the Year” and “Corporate Citizen of the Year,” along with numerous volunteer awards. This year’s meeting will also feature a presentation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a highlight reel of the year’s success.

To speak more about this prestigious honor and what it means for the Olathe Chamber, its membership and community partners, Raymond Towle, representative from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will address the crowd.

Additionally, the Olathe Chamber will show a highlight reel of some of the year’s successes and a glimpse into the coming year, including the rollout of new marketing initiatives.

Current chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Ramin Cherafat, McCownGordon Construction, will name the new 2014 chairman of the board, Nicolle Welsh, Farmers Insurance, at the meeting’s conclusion.
