City of Olathe Developer's Forum scheduled for Oct. 18 |

The City of Olathe is revising the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Work has been underway with our consultant, and we now have a completed draft UDO for developer review and public comment. The UDO is the City’s Zoning Code, and determines how Olathe grows and develops. The UDO is the instrument to implement PlanOlathe, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
Developer and public input on the draft is essential as the update process draws to a conclusion. Please consider attending our Developer’s Forum on October 18, 2013 in the City Hall’s Council Chambers at 100 E. Santa Fe to offer your thoughts on the completed draft ordinance.
