Event Description: Goodwill is now hiring for hourly Retail Store Associates & Production Associates. Hiring Managers will be interviewing for the following locations: -Goodwill on Wornall -NKC Goodwill -Lee's Summit Goodwill -Olathe Goodwill -Overland Park Goodwill -Blue Springs Goodwill -Liberty Goodwill Please join us on OCTOBER 24 FROM 12:00 PM TO 4:00 PM at the North Kansas City Goodwill at 4824 N Oak Trafficway Kansas City, MO 64118. Please bring two forms of ID, there is a potential to be hired on the SPOT!! STORE ASSOCIATES: receiving donations, operating the cash register, cleaning, operating pallet jacks and moving materials, loading and unloading trailers as necessary. Requirements: Ability to meet and maintain production goals, always ensuring donated goods are quickly moved from donation door to the sales floor. Outstanding customer service. Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE: sorting, pricing and preparing merchandise for sale according to production and workflow standards. Meeting and exceeding production standards per hours worked unless assigned to other tasks. Shares responsibility, based on store needs, in stocking the production station. Ensuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followed. Cleaning production station after every shift.
