Lean Six Sigma Speaker: Heather McCain Quality Engineer/Lecturer University of Kansas November 14, 2014 KU Edwards Campus, BEST 325 The goal of this seminar is to provide information on Lean Six Sigma to educate and assist leaders, managers, and team members in their quest for customer satisfaction and profitability. Lean Six Sigma is a methodology for reducing waste and variation in processes that impact employees, customers, clients, and business leaders.
