Kansas' new lieutenant governor is Troy Findley |

Gov. Mark Parkinson announced at a 2 p.m. press conference yesterday that Troy Findley will serve as Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. Findley
is a Democrat who served as both Parkinson’s and former Gov. Kathleen Sebelius' chief of staff. Before working for Sebelius at the Capitol, he represented east Lawrence in the House from 1995 through 2002. He is a 1990 graduate of Kansas University.
