Garretson, Webb & Toth purchase downtown |

A law firm, Garretson, Webb & Toth, has purchased a building downtown that used to house the Courthouse Bar & Grill. The company will receive Neighborhood Revitalization Act (NRA) funding for remodeling the 3,600-sq.-ft. building.
