Altman-Charter Hires Greg Hensley for its Olathe branch |

Hensley most recently served as vice president of Marketing and Campus Development for Lakeview Village, a 90-acre retirement community in Lenexa. With more than 13 years of experience in design-build, repositioning and marketing of senior living communities, he oversaw the planning and initiation of multi-million dollar building expansions at Lakeview. A Professional Engineer in Kansas and Oklahoma, Hensley holds a bachelor´s degree in Architectural Engineering
from Oklahoma State University. He is a Certified Aging Services Professional from the University of North Texas.
Ray Hutsel, a 10-year vice president with Altman-Charter who opened the Olathe, says Hensley will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with Kansas companies looking to build or expand senior care-focused campuses.
