Event Description: Millennials...they're numerous, they're the future, and they know it. Their preferences, values and needs matter and will increasingly impact talent decisions and business outcomes. Can the millennial "work/life perspective" and an organization's "business balance" be compatible? Can you adapt company culture, managerial roles and your own mindset? This session will use an experiential approach to bring clarity to these issues. You will be engaged in discussions, collaborative activities and quick, fun interactive challenges designed to: 1) Understand generational differences on life experiences. 2) Envision possibilities of the new "work/life blend" world. 3) Take the risk to make crucial changes for the continued success of your organization.
