Event Description: This forum is designed for human resources practitioners and will feature special guest Linda Sheppard, special counsel and director of health care policy and analysis from the Kansas Insurance Commissioner’s office. She will present on the new health care law, answer questions, provide guidance, and outline compliance information to primarily small- and mid-sized businesses.

Advance registration is required. A waiting list will be maintained if needed.



Can vendors attend the ACA Roundtable / Special meeting of the Olathe HR Roundtable?

Some attendance restrictions do apply because of limited space and to preserve the nature of the discussions. Therefore, priority is reserved for human resources practitioners of member organizations. As with all HR Roundtable meetings, five seats will be reserved for vendors representing a relevant human resources product or service. One representative from each vendor business or organization may attend.

What is the Olathe HR Roundtable?

HR Roundtable events offer human resource practitioners of member organizations an opportunity to discuss and share related best practices, emerging trends, and workplace issues. The main purpose of HR Roundtable events is to create a unique environment where information can be shared between HR professionals in a format that is collaborative, engaging, and valuable.
